It is a very cozy and wonder place to have Japanese food. The service was on point and the food tastes amazing. I only didnβt like the chicken wings too much. But the Ramen, chicken bun and the lo mein stir fry noodles is a must try! They even customized it to high spicy as per our taste and it tasted best! Must try and highly recommended place!

Awesome broth. They do not skimp on the stuff. Lovely little place with friendly and accommodating staff. I was very pleased with my TanTan Ramen and seaweed salad. Variety of choices for seating. The restrooms were clean and stocked. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but that's not their fault. Oakland is booming. definitelty worth a stop.

We tried the tonkotsu ramen and the veggie ramen. Both were nicely plated and very delicious. Itβs a small space. There are smaller benches that you can sit on. and thereβs no space to hang bags or coats, which made it somewhat uncomfortable. Great Japanese food options, but average atmosphere.
Everything here is amazing, they deserve a 5 star rating! The service is AMAZING! They are willing to modify things on their menu for you & the 1st time I was there I didnβt realize they closed at 9 pm, but they didnβt say anything till 9:11 pm, which was so sweet & they were even apologetic about it! The food is also really really good! Iβm not a big fan of eggs, but the eggs they put in the ramen is so so good! The atmosphere is chill, I like the black vibe. Would recommend!
This is a fantastic little restaurant in Oakland. Our waiter was so nice. The service is fast. The restaurant is small but very clean. The food is fresh and hot and delicious. Reasonable pricing, large portions, excellent food, great customer service. Perfect Oakland spot conveniently located on Forbes Ave.
One of the best ramen shops in Pittsburgh! Authentic flavourful soup, chewy noodles. My husband is Japanese and works with a lot of other Japanese people, and this is always their favourite spot too. Their fried rice, dumplings, and other dishes are all great too. I think we've tried them all at this point.
